About The Foundation

Families Do Recover, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to work alongside The Sober Home Kit, LLCin supporting the often-overlooked needs of an addict’s immediate family. Addiction is widely recognized as a family disease—its impact reaches far beyond the individual, affecting parents, siblings, spouses, and children emotionally, physically, and financially.

At Families Do Recover, Inc., our mission is to help families navigate the challenges of a loved one’s addiction and begin their own healing process. We offer compassionate support, practical tools, and meaningful education to those affected.

As part of our outreach, we host a free, online weekly Family Educational Webinar, designed to inform and empower families. This program provides vital knowledge and resources to help loved ones support recovery while also building a strong foundation for their own emotional well-being and long-term healing.

Families Do Recover, Inc. also raises funds to help families cover their loved one’s first month in a sober living home, provided they actively participate in the Families in Crisis portion of our program. This initiative ensures families are not only financially supported but also engaged in the educational and emotional recovery process that fosters lasting change.
